Refund Policy

At Pawssups, making sure you (and your dog) have the best possible experience is our top priority. That’s why we offer a 30-day, 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, just email us at customer-support@pawssups.com and we’ll gladly issue you a full refund (minus shipping and processing fees) for your most recent order.

Here’s how it works:

  • You have 30 days from your purchase date to request a refund.

  • After 30 days, unfortunately, we won’t be able to offer a refund or exchange.

  • We do require a receipt or proof of purchase to process any return.

  • Refunds are limited to one order per customer and must be for your most recent order.

  • Purchases of three or more items are not eligible for refunds.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll send you an email to let you know. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within a few business days.
Please note: a $9 shipping and processing fee will be deducted from your refund for U.S. returns.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Double-check your bank account.

  2. Contact your credit card company—it may take some time to officially post.

  3. Reach out to your bank—there is often a little processing time before a refund shows up.
    If you've done all of this and still haven't received your refund, please email us customer-support@pawssups.com.

Sale Items
Sale items will be refunded at the sale price paid (or lower if applicable).

Exchanges
If your order arrives damaged or defective, we’re happy to send you a replacement. Please email customer-support@pawssups.com to start the exchange process.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once we receive your returned item, a gift card will be emailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, or the giver shipped it to themselves first, the refund will go to the gift giver.

Shipping
To start a return, email customer-support@pawssups.com. We’ll send you a free prepaid return shipping label.

If you prefer not to use our label, you’ll be responsible for your own return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on your location, return transit times may vary.
If you're returning items valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.

Return Policy Abuse
If we suspect a customer is abusing our return policy or not acting in good faith, we reserve the right to refuse refunds or exchanges.

Policy Changes
Pawssups may update this Return Policy at any time. Refunds are subject to the policy in effect on the date of your purchase.
